For items that are in on hand, we strive to send them out in a day or two after receipt of your order.

Most items will typically take one week for construction and then the additional time for shipment (1 – 3 weeks total). There are times, such as when Susan is participating in a show, when production could take an extra week. If you have a specific date when you must have your garment, please advise us when you place your order. We will let you know within a day or two that we are able to meet your deadline.

We ship by USPS priority or UPS ground. The standard fee is $20 for one item, and delivery typically is 3 days. These charges are for US only. Other destinations will be charged for additional service.

If you need your item for a special event and a guaranteed date, let us know. There will be an additional charge for expedited delivery.

Photos don’t always provide the information you need to guarantee that a garment will be the perfect match for you. If you need to return a garment, contact us as soon as you can. We will accept any item as a return within 10 days of your receipt of the item. We will provide the return address when you contact us.

We would prefer to work with you to adjust the garment to better fit your body or taste. Adjustments will typically be made free of charge. We reserve the right to deny the change.

Upon receipt of the item in original condition we will refund your payment, minus the shipping charge.
